Using Kaligo Family on multiple devices at once

❓ Can I use Kaligo Family on multiple tablets at the same time?


Yes, this is absolutely possible.


However, it is important to select a different child profile on each tablet to avoid inconsistencies in usage data or synchronization issues.


🤔 I’m changing devices — what happens to my data?


When changing devices, simply log in to the Kaligo Family app using your usual credentials.

Your children’s session data will be synced on the first login.


When you log in on a new device:

  • You will find the same child profiles
  • With their progress and results


👉 Data is linked to the parent account, not to the device.


🔄 Data synchronization


Your child’s progress is synchronized automatically.


An internet connection is required for synchronization to work properly.

If the device is offline, synchronization will occur as soon as the connection is restored.


🛠️ If you experience an issue


If you can’t find:

  • Your subscription
  • Your child profiles
  • Or your child’s progress


👉 Make sure you are logged in with the same parent account (same email address)


If the issue persists, please contact Kaligo support and include:

  • Your parent account email address
  • The device used
  • A description of the issue encountered
