Subscription, renewal and cancellation

🤔 Can I change my subscription after signing up?


Yes, you can adjust your subscription at any time to suit your needs.


You can in particular:

  • Change the number of child profiles (add or remove)
  • Switch from a monthly subscription to an annual subscription (and vice versa)

In all cases, changes can be made in just a few clicks from your Parent Account, and the subscription price will automatically adjust.


🔄 Renewal


In accordance with our General Terms and Conditions of Sale, the subscription to Learn and Go Services and Application Services is taken out for the duration specified in the quote or, where applicable, in the specific terms, starting from the license activation date.


👉 For Kaligo Family, the subscription duration corresponds to the one chosen by the license purchaser. At the end of this period, the subscription is automatically renewed for successive monthly or annual periods, depending on the initial choice made by the purchaser.


❌ Cancellation


You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account.

You will retain access to your Parent Space and to the app until the end of your current subscription period.


🚩 Refund policy


In general, no refunds are issued in the following cases:

  • The subscription was not canceled before the renewal date
  • The trial period has ended and was automatically renewed
  • The service was used after the start or renewal of the subscription


❓ Are there any exceptions?


Yes, refunds may be considered on an exceptional basis, only in specific cases (for example: a proven service malfunction or a technical error attributable to our systems).


These situations are reviewed case by case by our support team and do not constitute an automatic right to a refund.
