Login and password issues
Can’t log in to your Kaligo Family account?
Here are the most common situations and how to resolve them 👇
🔑 I forgot my password
If you forgot your password:
- On the login screen, click “Forgot password”
- Enter the email address used for your parent account
- Follow the instructions sent by email
👉 Remember to check your spam/junk folder if you don’t receive anything after a few minutes.
🤔 I don’t remember which email address I used
Kaligo Family works with one email address per parent account.
If you’re unsure which one you used:
- Try the email addresses you usually use
- Search your inbox for an old message from Kaligo (confirmation email, invoice, etc.)
If you still can’t find the right email address, please contact our support team.
❌ “Incorrect login details” message
If an error message appears:
- Check the spelling of your email address
- Make sure there are no spaces before or after the email
- Check for uppercase letters in the password
👉 If in doubt, use the “Forgot password” option.
📱 I can’t log in on a new device
If you install Kaligo on a new device:
- Make sure you are using the same parent account email address
- Check that the device is connected to the internet
- Make sure the app is up to date
👉 Child profiles and the subscription are linked to the parent account, not to the device.
🛠️ The issue persists
If you still can’t log in after these checks, please contact Kaligo support and include:
- The email address used (or the one you think you used)
- The error message displayed
- The device used (type of tablet)
