Although Kaligo can be used with a finger, we strongly recommend using a stylus so that children develop proper habits while learning to write.

🤔 Which stylus should I choose?

The choice of stylus depends entirely on your tablet model.

When a tablet comes with its own stylus, it generally offers the best chance of compatibility with Kaligo—or at least with the tablet itself.

⚠️ However, not all native styluses are compatible, depending on the model and the technology used. If in doubt, please contact our support team so we can help you choose the right option.

📗 I have an iPad

Compatible with:

iPad 6th to 10th generation
iPad mini 5th and 6th generation
iPad Air 3rd, 4th, and 5th generation
iPad Pro 11-inch 1st, 2nd, and 3rd generation
iPad Pro 12.9-inch 3rd to 6th generation

If your tablet is not on this list, please contact us to discuss the best possible option.

⚠️ The Kaligo Stylus is not compatible with the exercise “I manage pencil pressure”. Only the official Apple Pencil provides pressure data. However, you can still complete all other exercises, including handwriting exercises.

I📘 I have an Android tablet

On Android, we recommend using the stylus provided with your tablet for the best experience.

For example, Samsung Galaxy Tab S6, S7, and S8 tablets come with a built-in stylus that works perfectly with Kaligo: the S Pen.

👉 If your tablet is not equipped with a stylus, please contact your retailer to find out which models are compatible, or contact us directly.

⚠️ Due to the wide variety of Android tablets, we are unable to provide an exhaustive list of compatible styluses.
