Setting your school handwriting policy

You must be an Administrator to set the school's Letter and Number Choices.

First, log in to the Teacher Portal (https://apps.learn-and-go.com/).

In the Administration area, click Letter Choices.

Here, using the dropdown menu, you can select the relevant letter formation - capital, lowercase, cursive and number choices.

Then, you can select from A-Z and 0-9 the formations that align with your school's handwriting policy. Play the videos to see how the letters and numbers are formed.

You can select a 'main template' which is taught in your school, this will be demonstrated to the student in their lessons. You can also select a supported template - these will be accepted but they will not be demonstrated to students in the app.

TIP: You can access a PDF version of your school handwriting policy. In Letter Choices, select the relevant formation from the dropdown list and then click PDF Export in the top right-hand corner. From here you can print or download the file.

Congratulations! You have now set your school handwriting policy!
