# Setting up a class

First, log in to the [Teacher Portal](https://apps.learn-and-go.com/) ([https://apps.learn-and-go.com/](https://apps.learn-and-go.com/)).

In the **Administration** area, click **Classes and students**.

To add your first class, click on the grey + and fill in the **class name**. Then select the **year group** and click **Add**.

Congratulations, you now know how to set up a class!
