I am experiencing issues with Kaligo, what can I do?
1- First of all, I check that my app is up to date

2- I contact the Kaligo team via chat by clicking on the bubble in the bottom right-hand corner.

3- Sometimes it's much easier to film the problem with your smartphone than to explain it in writing. You can therefore send us your video ( using the Kaligo app or the teacher portal) on our Whatsapp channel:

Don't forget to specify :
- Which version of Kaligo are you using?

- Which model of tablet are you using?
- Which email address are you using to log in to Kaligo Teacher Portal?
- Which QR-code are you using? Or what is the name of the student and their class?
- Provide a detailed description of your issue and include examples, either with screenshots or videos
