How to Update the Kaligo App
Kaligo is an application that works by regularly synchronizing with your teacher portal on the cloud (the one you access from your computer to manage your students and exercises).
- The teacher portal is automatically updated without any action on your part.
- The Kaligo application, however, must be updated manually.
If your Kaligo app is not kept up to date, it will gradually fall out of sync with your teacher portal, which can lead to compatibility issues, application instability, and problems accessing certain exercises or features.
Therefore, when you encounter any difficulties with the app, we first invite you to check that your Kaligo app is up to date.

How to Update the Kaligo App
(The steps described may vary slightly depending on your tablet)
- On an Android tablet
Open the "Play Store" app and search for "Kaligo". Click on the app and then on the "Update" button. If this button does not appear and instead you see an "Open" button, it means that Kaligo is already up to date.
- On an iPad
Open the "App Store" app and search for "Kaligo". Click on the app and then on the cloud icon with an arrow pointing down. If this button does not appear and instead you see an "Open" button, it means that Kaligo is already up to date.
I can't update the application because it is managed by an IT administrator / external manager
In this case, we invite you to communicate your need to update Kaligo to the person who manages your applications.
