Creating a new lesson

First, log in to the Teacher Portal (https://apps.learn-and-go.com/).

In Lessons, click My Lessons. Here you will see any past lessons you have saved.

To create a new lesson, click on the Create a new lesson button. You will need to input lesson name, creation date, key stage and a description of the lesson and click Save.

Then, using the tick boxes, select whether this lesson is to be completed as Classwork or Homework.

Next, you can add the exercises by clicking on the grey + and select the exercise type and line options. If you would like to include your own list of words, select Free word(s) from the dropdown box. Then enter the words you wish to add followed by a space and click Save.

Finally, you have the option to record your own instructions that the students can play when completing the exercise. You can do this by clicking Record the instruction, click the Play button and record your instructions. When you're done, stop the recording and click Validate.

Congratulations! You now know how to create a new lesson!
