# Analysing letters and numbers for individual students

First, log in to the [Teacher Portal](https://apps.learn-and-go.com/) ([https://apps.learn-and-go.com/](https://apps.learn-and-go.com/)).

In **Monitoring**, go to **Students** and select the student you wish to monitor. Then click **Letter/Number Analysis**.

Here, you will find a full A-Z/0-9 map of **your student's letters and numbers**. If you hover your cursor over a letter, the **rate of success** will be visible. Kaligo highlights any cases where the success rate is less than 50% in **amber (Developing)** or **red (Needs attention)**. This allows you to notice **areas of weakness** of your student.

If you click on a coloured square, you will be shown the **last 5 attempts at the letter/number** both as pictures and **recordings and in real time.** These will appear on the right and you can open them up by clicking on **an image** or clicking on the **play button.**

**TIP:** You can access a **PDF version** of your student's letters and numbers. Select the relevant formation from the dropdown list and then click **PDF Export** in the top right-hand corner. From here you can **print or download** the file.
