Adding students to a class

You must be an Administrator to add students to a class.


You can follow these steps in this video


First, log in to the Teacher Portal (https://apps.learn-and-go.com/).


In the Administration area, click Classes and students.



Using the dropdown menu at the top of the page, select the class you would like to add students to.


There are two ways to add students. You can add students one at a time using the manual option or upload them in bulk using our template.




Adding students manually


Click Create and provide the first name, last name, DOB and laterality of the student and click Save. At this stage you can also select settings for visuals and difficulty level, take a look and the options, adjust the relevant settings and click Save. The student has now been added to your class.


Adding students in bulk


Click Bulk add and enter or paste student first names and surnames - one student per line. Keep in mind that you will need to add a "-" for children with 2 "First names" so that one of their names doesn't end in the "Surname" field.

Then click "Save" at the bottom of the pop-up. Check that everything is ok, then click on the "Validate" button at the bottom. The students have now been added to your class.




Students will use their individual QR codes to access the app.






I don't see any "+" button ?


Only administrators can add students. If you don't see the "+" button, please ask your Kidoo account administrator to add your students for you or to give you administrative rights.


Depending on your account type, you may also have reached the maximum number of students allowed in your subscription.
