Accessing the "School Analytics" tab

First, log in to the Teacher Portal (https://apps.learn-and-go.com/).

You must have the correct access rights to see the School Analytics tab, located under Monitoring.

If you do not see it, you may be in one of these cases:

I am not an Administrator, though I'd like to access this tab

If you want to access the School Analytics features, please ask the Administrator who was the first in your school to create his/her Kaligo account. This person should have the rights to enable the "School Analytics" features for you.

Next, please forward the following procedure to whom it may concern.

In the **Administration **section, go in the **Teachers **tab.

On this page, choose the teachers you want and tick the box to enable the School Analytics features.

Please note that to access the School Analytics view, a teacher must be an Administrator. However, a teacher can be an Administrator without having the School Analytics features enabled.

I am an Administrator, though I do not see it

1st case to check

Only the first Administrator of the school can enable this new features for his/her colleagues.

Please ask the Administrator you think is the first who created his Kaligo account, and forward the procedure mentioned above.

2nd case to check

You have tried to check the first case but it did not help?

The School Analytics features may have been released after your Kaligo account was created. Consequently, the features were not enabled on your account. Please contact the Kaligo Team on the chatbot so we can fix it for you. It will just take a second!
